As environment crisis rises to its peak, it’s imperative to train our future generation to build structure of the future on basis of principles of sustainability and wise usage of resources.

To impart the knowledge about the same, Noor-e-syahi initiates a plethora of activities and sessions with the students.

Plastic Furniture and Items

One such highlight has been to salvage and make furniture out of disposed waste plastic material and using them in their day to day activities. The activity started with collection of glass and plastic bottles from the houses of the area or garbage warehouses, note that these activities were completely understated by the children. Then the acquired bottles were cleaned properly and were segregated according to their size and shape, lastly, they were assembled, compromised and crafted to make efficient furniture such as chairs and table out of theme. Large scale plantation

has taken place on the working grounds by the children. Constant lectures are taken to make children aware about world issues such as climate change, pollution etc. and how to combat them.
